o 250 grams ground beef
o 1 cup (200 grams) uncooked rice
o 1 onion, chopped
o 2 garlic cloves, minced
o 1 small can of tomato paste (70 grams)
o 1 can (400 grams) diced tomatoes
o 1 teaspoon cumin powder
o 1 teaspoon paprika powder
o 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for extra spice)

o Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Preparation:
o Prepare the Rice:

o Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
o Add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
o Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes until well combined and slightly thickened.
o Stir in the cooked rice and mix thoroughly.
Stuff the Peppers:
o Fill the peppers with the beef and rice mixture, pressing it down lightly to ensure they are well-filled. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
o Cook the Peppers in the SnackTastic:
o Place the stuffed peppers carefully in the SnackTastic basket, ensuring they stand upright and don’t touch each other for even cooking.
o Set the SnackTastic to 190°C (375°F) and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are soft and the cheese is golden and bubbling. Check periodically to prevent over-browning.
Garnish and Serve:
