Ingredients

  • 1 (ripe banana)
  • 125 grams raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon cashew nuts
  • 100 ml (plant-based) strawberry yogurt
  • 70 ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon red beet powder
  • Topping of your choice: raspberries, blueberries, granola,...

Preparation

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Serve in a deep bowl.

Add raspberries, blueberries, and/or granola as a topping.
