Pita rolls with grilled chicken, pepper and red onion and tzatziki

Ingredients

500 g Greek yoghurt
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cucumber
Dill
Olive oil
Red pepper
Onion
Chicken breast
Pita rolls


 

Preparation

Make the tzatziki: Squeeze the garlic, grate the cucumber, chop the dill and mix everything under the Greek yoghurt. Add a dash of olive oil.

Cut the red pepper into cubes and the onion into half rings.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

Warm up the GrillTastic and set it to BBQ setting (180° degrees).

Grill the chicken, peppers and onions around one side of the GrillTastic.

Grill the pita buns briefly on the other side.

Top your pita bread with the tzatsiki, chicken and greens.
