Grilled asparagus with halloumi, prawns, a hard-boiled egg and an avocado sauce

  • 2 eggs
  • 8 asparagus
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

Boil 2 eggs in a pot of water for 10 minutes. Then shock them under cold water and peel them. Set aside.

Peel 8 asparagus and grill them until tender on the Fritel GrillTastic.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Blend 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic and 1 spoon of Greek yoghurt in the Fritel HE Blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Finally, grill a few slices of halloumi on the grill.

Serve the plate with the avocado sauce and asparagus. Top with prawns, a hard-boiled egg and grilled halloumi.
