Ingredients

65 gm dark chocolate
65 gm butter
1 egg
40 gm sugar
40 gm caster sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
65 gm flour

Preparation

Place baking paper in the baking tin and grease the edges.
Melt 65 gm of dark chocolate together with 65 gm of butter in a pan.
Beat an egg, 40 gm sugar, 40 gm caster sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar into a creamy mixture and add to the chocolate butter mixture.
Then add 65 gm of flour, mix to a smooth batter and pour everything into the baking tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a pre-heated Snacktastic at 160 °, then let it cool in the baking tin.
