Egg muffins

  • 5 or 6 eggs (depending on size)
  • Pepper, salt and Provencal herbs
  • A dash of cream
  • 50g Parmesan cheese
  • 6 small green asparagus
  • Bacon strips

Whisk 5 to 6 eggs (depending on size) in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and Provençal herbs.

Add a small portion of grated Parmesan cheese and a dash of cream and mix.

Fill 6 individual silicone muffin tins with the egg mixture.

Slice 6 small green asparagus and divide into the molds along with some bacon strips.

Place in the hot air fryer at 165 degrees for 9-10 minutes, then carefully remove them from the moulds.
