Fried squid rings with tartar sauce

4 portions


2 eggs 
24 large squid rings 
4 tbsp of flour 
2 tbsp of beer 
Tartar sauce


Mix in a bowl the egg yolks, the beer and the flour. 
Whisk the egg whites and mix with the egg yolks. Dip the rings in this mixture. 
Heat up your FRITEL deep fryer to 180°C and fry the rings 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Serve the squid rings with tartar sauce and quarters of lemon.
